TREE AND PIROGUE

To meditate

The man is torn between the need of the Pirogue, that is to say, of the journey, of the wrenching of oneself,

and the need for the Tree, that is, rooting, identity. Transferring sometimes to one, sometimes to another, he constantly wanders between these two needs until he understands that it is with the Tree that the Pirogue is made.
